We are a specialist Immigration Law firm with experience of over 30 years established in 1995 in Hounslow, West London. The firm is headed by Miss. Surya Samaraweera, the Principal Solicitor. We are a strong team with up to date knowledge in ever changing UK Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. The Principal solicitor holds Law Society Accreditation as a specialist solicitor and a supervisor in those areas.
In addition to immigration, we also deal with Divorce, Powers of Attorney – General/Special/Lasting, Statutory Declarations/Affidavits, Attestations and Wills. The Principal solicitor is also a Commissioner of Oaths.
The firm held contracts for publicly funded work (Legal Aid) under immigration and asylum category with the Legal Services Commission currently known as the Legal Aid Agency from 2000 to 2015 and received “A Rating” for excellence at annual audits until the firm withdrew from publicly funded work to focus exclusively on private work for individuals and businesses.
We understand our clients require quick and clear advice and assistance in respect of their immigration issues. We deal with matters from straightforward applications to complex issues challenged in UK Tribunals and Courts.

Miss. Samaraweera is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She is qualified and permitted to practice as a lawyer in both jurisdictions.
A thorough, persistent, fair and transparent professional. She is a sole practitioner solicitor specialising in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law with experience over 34 years in the UK. She holds Law Society Accreditation as a specialist solicitor and a supervisor in the above areas.
She sees every client on one to one basis for advice. She is aware clients require quick and clear advice and assistance in respect of their immigration issues. She has the day-to-day responsibility for all work and makes all-important decisions on behalf of clients.
She is assisted by an efficient team in delivering the services offered. Miss. Samaraweera and her team understand well how worried clients could be about their issues and every effort is taken to put them at ease and to reassure all that is possible will be done on their behalf.
